Aims & Scope

The Irish Judicial Studies Journal is a peer-reviewed legal publication interfacing between the judges, legal practitioners, and academics.

It is published under the auspices of the Office of the Chief Justice of Ireland.

While the primary purpose of the Journal is to provide Irish judges with analyses and opinions pertinent to their work, it also provides a platform for all judges, practitioners and academics to engage in dialogue on legal issues.
