Aims & Scope

Iranian Journal of Management Studies provides a valuable outlet for research and scholarship on management-orientated themes and to-pics.

It publishes manuscripts of empirical and/or the theoretical in mana-gement sciences.

All empirical methods, including, but not limited to, qua-litative, quantitative and mixed methods, are welcomed.

To be published in IJMS, a manuscript must make strong empirical and/or theoretical con-tributions and highlight the significance of those contributions to the ma-nagement field.

Therefore, preference is given to articles that test, ex-tend, or build strong theoretical frameworks while empirically investigating the issues with high importance for management theories and practices.
