Aims & Scope

International Studies in Philosophy is a peer-reviewed journal with a principal focus on questions that cannot be addressed from the standpoint of a single discipline, including recent developments in history and theory that stretch the boundaries of philosophy.

It is pluralistic in character and welcomes a variety of approaches to philosophy.

The journal has published work in post-critical continental philosophy; feminist philosophy; gay, lesbian, and queer studies; multicultural studies, postcolonial theory, and critical race theory; and critical social theory.

Volumes 1-5 were published as Studi Internazionali di Filosofia.
