Aims & Scope

The International Sport Coaching Journal (ISCJ) is a peer-reviewed journal designed to advance the research and development of sport coaching globally.

ISCJ seeks to publish sport coaching original research studies and papers regarding practical advances that expand our understanding of the coaching process, coaching environment, coach education and development, coaching practices, and coaching profession.

ISCJ is a non-proprietary venture of the International Council for Coaching Excellence (ICCE) and is published by Human Kinetics.

It was launched in 2014 as volume 1, replacing the Journal of Coaching Education (JCE), for which there were six volumes published.
