It addresses scientific/engineering/technological/policy/developmental issues regarding postharvest management aimed at reducing food losses, maintenance and assurance of product quality, safety and traceability, highlighting postharvest innovation and knowledge/technology transformation into useful products/services in agri-food/biological industries.
