Aims & Scope
The objectives of IJFSNPH are to establish an effective channel of communication between food scientists, nutritionists, public health professionals, food producers, food marketers, policy makers, governmental and non-governmental agencies, and others concerned with the food safety, nutrition and public health dimensions.
It aims to promote food and health equity which will consequently promote public health and combat diseases.
The international dimension is emphasised in order to catalyse diffusion of technological advances to food producers and consumers worldwide and to heighten international awareness of emerging public health challenges related to food safety and malnutrition.
