Aims & Scope
InMediaciones de la Comunicación is an open-access, peer-reviewed, and non-profit academic journal that publishes original articles, interviews, reviews, and research results in the field of communication and related disciplines.
The journal focuses on the processes of social mediatization, the impact of technological transformations, and the study of contemporary media phenomena. It receives submissions in response to the current call for thematic articles and also accepts submissions related to general communication problems for publication in the free articles section. The miscellaneous section focuses on the publication of materials of interest, such as translations, unpublished texts, etc.
The journal is directed towards researchers, teachers, university students, and individuals interested in the various areas of communication. The published manuscripts are reviewed by the journal's direction, associate editors, the academic committee, and the guest editor of each issue, and are subsequently evaluated through a double-blind peer review process with the involvement of external arbitrators.
