Aims & Scope
Ijtihad: Jurnal Wacana Hukum Islam dan Kemanusiaan publishes articles on Indonesian Islamic law and Jurisprudence from various perspectives, covering both literary and fieldwork studies.
The journal puts emphasis on aspects related to Islamic Jurisprudence studies in an Indonesian context, with special reference to culture, diversity, living norms and customs, politics, sociology, psychology, anthropology, economics, history, philosophy, Islamic astronomy (falak studies), and doctrines.
This journal is intended to communicate the original researches and current issues on the subject.
This journal warmly welcomes any contributions from scholars of the related disciplines.
