Aims & Scope
Hydrobiological Journal (HYD) publishes material translated from the Russian-language bimonthly Gidrobiologicheskiy Zhurnal (ISSN 0375?8990) founded in 1965 and published by the Institute of Hydrobiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
HYD publishes original articles and reviews in hydrobiology and hydroecology from leading scientists mainly from the Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Poland, and other countries.
HYD deals with freshwater and marine hydrobiology, aquatic flora and fauna, ichthyology, aquaculture, sanitary and technical hydrobiology, ecological physiology and biochemistry of aquatic plants and animals, aquatic microbiology, toxicology and radioecology, hydroparasitology, and ecological hydrology and hydrochemistry.
