Aims & Scope

The Hong Kong Law Journal was founded in 1971 and is the leading scholarly journal in the English language on common law in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and law in the mainland PRC.

It is a peer-reviewed journal, providing up-to-date, academic, authoritative and critical analysis of current legal issues in Hong Kong and the PRC.

In addition, the journal accepts and publishes comparative, jurisprudential, international, and interdisciplinary material relevant to the study of law.
