Aims & Scope
Godišnjak/Jahrbuch is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal published annually by the Centre for Balkan Studies of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Established in 1957, the journal aims to provide a platform for scholars and experts from around the world to share their research and studies in various fields.
The journal publishes original scientific papers in the areas of archaeology, history, history of arts, anthropology, ottoman studies, linguistics, and ethnology. Our mission is to promote academic excellence, cultural understanding, and knowledge sharing in the Balkan region and beyond.
