FWU Journal of Social Sciences has been upgraded to category “X†in the social sciences category of journals by Higher Education Commission (HEC).
The journal is an open access, double blind peer reviewed published by Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar, Pakistan.
The main objective of FWU Journal of Social Sciences is to publish articles that provide significantly to the body of knowledge.
The Journal provides a forum for publication of original papers on a variety of issues pertaining to social sciences.
Preference is given to contributions based on empirical research.
However, book reviews and theoretical articles of immense importance / relevance for social scientists are also published.
