Aims & Scope

The goal of Fruit Research is to be the leading journal in fruit science.

The journal is an open access, online-only journal that publishes original research articles, reviews, recent developments and perspectives in all areas of fruit science.

Its scope includes, but is not limited to: genomics, genetics and breeding, evolution and domestication, cellular and molecular biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, physiology, and environmental biology of model and/or commercially important fruits grown throughout the world.

Fruit Research will also publish special issues to highlight new and emerging trends in fruit sciences.
