Frontiers of Law in China (FLC) is a peer-reviewed academic journal, which presently publishes original papers.
Its aim is to provide a forum for global jurists and legal practitioners, who are interested in Chinese law and the legal issues on the reform of Chinese contemporary legal system and that of other countries related in a global context.
Its scope covers civil law, commercial law, economic law, environmental law, intellectual property law, penal law, procedural law, administrative law, international law, and legal history.
