Aims & Scope

The Forum Prawnicze is intended to enrich and diversify public debate on fundamental issues concerning our country and the rule of law.

The bimonthly was created as an open forum for all representatives of legal science and legal practice who want to address issues that are important for Poland, our society, its legal order, as well as the place of our homeland in the European and global community.

We want to speak out on important and current issues, seek solutions that are key to Polish law and our country, and indicate what we believe to be the right directions for their development.

We sincerely hope to revive the discussion of lawyers from Central European countries, especially the Visegrad Group.

We want to jointly reflect on how to implement the fundamental values characteristic of the legal culture of the West, rooted in Roman law, the achievements of realistic Greek philosophy, and the Christian tradition, in specific legal solutions.

At the forefront here is respect for every person and their dignity, the principles of solidarity, subsidiarity, and the common good.

We want our distinctive contribution to legal science to be the publication of works that are distinguished by the innovative methods adopted as the basis for legal reflection.
