Aims & Scope
Founded in 1990 by Gabriel Dupuy, Flux provides original scientific contributions in the field of networks: public transportation, road networks, water supply and sanitation, energy, telecommunications, etc.
The increasing presence of these technical macrosystems in economic and social life disrupts the organization of space, local power, and the use of technology.
