Aims & Scope

Filozofia Publiczna i Edukacja Demokratyczna to półrocznik recenzowane czasopismo naukowe, stanowiące transdyscyplinarną platformę dla naukowej refleksji i analizy zjawisk społecznych, politycznych i kulturowych, rozważanych z perspektywy filozofii publicznej, filozofii politycznej oraz filozofii prawa.

Czasopismo stanowi miejsce spotkania i współpracy dwóch środowisk: filozofów politycznych i filozofów prawa aktywnych w instytutach filozofii oraz teoretyków i filozofów prawa aktywnych na wydziałach prawa.

W naszym przekonaniu filozofia polityczna stanowi niezbędny i wzbogacający element rozważań z zakresu filozofii prawa, która z kolei stanowi nieodłączną część refleksji w obszarze filozofii politycznej, zwłaszcza w analizach z zakresu współczesnej teorii demokracji.
