The Journal of Fiqh and ʾUṣūl is a premier publication dedicated to advancing research in fiqh, ʾuṣūl, and related fields. We welcome research articles from experts in the field, with a focus on publishing cutting-edge studies in fiqh and law.

Our journal covers a wide range of topics, including ʾUṣūl-i Fiqh, Falsafi Fiqh, Fiqh-i Madanī, Criminal Fiqh, and Political Fiqh, among others.

The aims of the journal are to:

- Showcase the unrecognized potential of fiqh knowledge in response to new phenomena.
