Abbreviation : Environ. Chem.
Aims & Scope
Environmental Chemistry publishes research addressing the chemistry of the environment (air, water, earth and biota), including the behaviour and impacts of contaminants and other anthropogenic disturbances.
Topics covered include atmospheric chemistry, geochemistry and biogeochemistry, climate change, marine and freshwater chemistry, polar chemistry, soil and sediment chemistry, and chemical aspects of ecotoxicology.
Environmental Chemistry aims to facilitate links between these aspects of environmental science, and welcomes papers that are multidisciplinary and that view the environment as an integrated earth system.
