Aims & Scope
Enfance is a quarterly scientific journal that publishes articles on children and their development.
It explores a variety of areas, including motor, sensory, social, emotional, and cognitive development, and deals with a wide range of ages, from the neonatal period up to adolescence.
Articles may look at normal development, a developmental particularity (an exceptional ability for example), or a developmental disorder or disability.
Comparisons between different types of development are encouraged.
Particular focus is given to studies that are situated at the interface of several disciplines, including health economics, epidemiology, quantitative clinical practice, ICT, robotics, animal biology, ethnology, and ethnosociology.
