Aims & Scope
DPCE is a law review founded in 1999.
The review strives to promote and shape discussion of the most relevant legal issues related both to comparative public law and European law.
It particularly focuses on the transformation processes the contemporary legal systems are going through, with a specific attention devoted to the contaminations among the different national legal systems and the speed-up process due to the dynamics between legal orders.
The horizontal and vertical analysis of the models circulation is completed with the study of the EU law.
The review features articles, written in Italian as well as in English, anonymously peer-reviewed (trough the so called double blind peer review) and selected according to European standards for research evaluation.
