Aims & Scope
Dental Anthropology is the official journal of the Dental Anthropology Association.
The journal is peer-reviewed and is published bi-annually, with a spring and winter volume.
We utilize a blind peer-review process in which the submission authors are not notified of the reviewers' identities.
We welcome manuscripts that focus on all aspects of dental anthropology, to include dental development and genetics, human and non-human primate dental variation, size, wear, pathological conditions, and modification, among others.
We also seek submissions that are advancing the field in new and interesting ways that contribute to the growth of our discipline.
Dental Anthropology publishes book reviews, technical reports, case studies, original research articles, as well as invited commentary.
The journal has no publication or submission charges.
