Aims & Scope

“Cuadernos de Política Criminal” is a quarterly journal (january, june and november) published uninterruptedly for more than 40 years —first number on March, 1977—, whose aim is to spread the main investigations of the most relevant criminal law scientists and researchers in other related disciplines, for the technical and applied enrichment of the law between researchers and professionals in legal practice.

The journal accommodates all the theoretical and practical studies written in Spanish (or translated to it) on any aspect of interest related to criminal sciences, under the sole requirement of seriousness and accuracy of the original papers submitted.

Published by Dykinson S.L.

Cuadernos de Política Criminal, in all its diverse sections, is devoted to precise, unbiased and intersectional research, sensitive to the complexity and width of social, criminal law and criminological contexts.

Therefore, it is essential that its publications use inclusive language, free of prejudices associated with race, functional diversity, gender, sexual orientation, beliefs, ideology or socioeconomic status.

Consequently, the use of inclusive and nonsexist language in scientific articles is recommended in this regard.
