Its distinctive focus is original, rigorous research with practical applications.
The journal was launched in 2017.
Starting from February 2025 it is a complete Open Access journal.
Corporate Governance and Sustainability Review adheres to the BOAI definition of open access: that users have the right to "read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles".
