Aims & Scope

The mission of ||civilistica.com consists in creating an online repository of scientific articles of excellence, thus enhancing its divulging and favoring the dialog among researchers of national and international instituions in matters related to its editorial line: contemporary private law, interpreted and applied in the light of each country’s constitutional principles.

For that purpose, the publication gathers articles, academic papers, legal opinions, comments on jurisprudence, book reviews and audio-visual material, in Portuguese and in foreign languages, all sellected so as to furnish up-to-date and creative tools for the process of restructuring private law towards the protection of the human person.
