China and WTO Review (CWR) is an internationally referred scholarly journal(ESCI/SCOPUS) which is semi-annually published by YIJUN Institute of International Law on March 1 and September 1, respectively.
CWR is dedicated to addressing critical law and policy questions regarding China and the World Trade Organization.
The Review encompasses eminent academic papers and case reports comprehensively analyzing trade law and policy in a wide range of areas including dispute settlement proceedings involving China from a proactive viewpoint of international and comparative law, legal economics and policy.
In addition, to the extent relevant to WTO covered agreements (or other trade accords for that matter), the Review deals with foreign investment, copyrights and other trade-related issues.
It welcomes the contribution from China and around the world.
All draft manuscripts will be peer-reviewed through the highest standard of fair, independent and scientific process.
These positions are ensured by its Editorial Board drawn from outstanding academics and practitioners from China as well as other countries.
The articles and other materials contained in CWR reflect the views of the authors and do not necessarily coincide with those of either editors of the Review or YIJUN Institute of International Law.
