Aims & Scope
CERIDAP is the Journal created in 2020 from the initiative of the Director of the Interdisciplinary Research Center on Public Administration of the University of Milan for a more efficient and more impartial administrative action, also in implementation of the digital first principle.
The CERIDAP Journal, although independent from the homonymous Center, publishes also the outcomes of research activities carried out within the CERIDAP Research Center.
CERIDAP relies, since its founding, on the collaboration of a group of scholars within its Editorial Board from the Public law area of expertise coming from various Italian and foreign universities and who share its approach and inspiring philosophy.
The aim of the CERIDAP Journal is to provide a contribution of analysis, in-depth review and proposals with the main focus being Public Administrations: seen from their institutional, organizational and activity dimensions, as well as from their procedural dimension.
Moreover, said analysis also takes into account a natural opening also to a Comparative, European and international law perspective, as well as to interdisciplinary discussion that is supported by the presence of prominent scholars in its Scientific Committee from prestigious universities around the world.
