Aims & Scope

Central Europe Yearbook is an open-access journal that promotes the study of Central Europe among undergraduate students. Our mission is to provide a platform for scholarly projects, including traditional forms of scholarship and the development of digital humanities in the region.

We accept a wide range of submissions, including academic articles, GIS maps, interactive resources, games, VLOGs, and other innovative projects that combine technology and research. Submissions can be made in either English or German.

As a venue for undergraduate research, we aim to foster scholarly collaboration, engage with broader communities, and encourage new generations of students to prepare their work for publication intended for wider audiences.
