CMLJ is the leading international journal for capital markets lawyers and academics.
It is a think-tank for this area of law and practice based in the UK (in recognition of the UK’s leading position in this field) but includes material from, and relevant to, all of the major financial centres around the world.
The Journal provides a mix of thoughtful and in-depth consideration of the law and practice of capital markets by including analytical articles on topical issues written by leading practitioners and academics in the international arena.
