Ars et Humanitas

ISSN : 1854-9632 eISSN : 2350-4218
Abbreviation : Ar Humanit.
Aims & Scope
Ars & Humanitas is a journal for art and the humanities, for areas that are often separated in contemporary society by an absurd compulsion to establish specific borders between mutually-dependent relations, jurisdictions and subjects, research approaches and methodologies of work.
Ars & Humanitas seeks to undo this separation.
We understand Ars in the humanities tradition as art but also as skill, knowledge, and science, and Humanitas as humanities – that is, as general education, culture and nobility of spirit.
Neither one can truly exist without the other.
