Aims & Scope
ARQUEOLOGÃA is a peer-reviewed scientific journal edited by the Instituto de ArqueologÃa, Facultad de FilosofÃa y Letras, Universidad de Buenos Aires.
The journal is published three times a year at four-month intervals, and it appears in printed and online editions.
The online edition is open-access.
This journal's main objective is to publish original and unpublished contributions, in both Spanish or English.
These contributions are based on the results of, archaeological research, or multidisciplinary research, or other related disciplines whose objectives have been informed by archaeology.
The manuscripts may be of empirical, methodological, theoretical, or historiographical orientation, covering any chronological period and geographical region.
All contributions must conform to the current editorial standards of the journal.
