Archives in Food, Culture and Nutrition (AFOCUN) es una revista triling?e (ingl?s, portugu?s y espa?ol), revisada por pares y de acceso abierto en formato diamante, dedicada al estudio de la alimentaci?n desde la perspectiva de las ciencias sociales y humanas.
Fundada en 2023 como la revista oficial de la International Commission on the Anthropology of Food and Nutrition (ICAF), AFOCUN se publica bajo el sello de la Universidad de Extremadura (Espa?a), a trav?s de su Servicio de Publicaciones.
La revista busca consolidarse como una plataforma acad?mica internacional en la que investigadores en alimentaci?n puedan presentar y difundir enfoques sociales y culturales interdisciplinarios, transdisciplinarios y disciplinares (antropol?gicos, sociol?gicos, geogr?ficos, hist?ricos, econ?micos, entre otros) sobre la alimentaci?n y la nutrici?n.
