Aims & Scope

Archives of Pediatric Neurosurgery is a tri-annual open-access peer- reviewed medical online journal established in 2019 as the official publication of the Brazilian Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery (https://sbnped.com.br/).

Our aim is to directly improve pediatric neurosurgery health research by increasing clinical understanding through case reports and clinical academic research, which are the journal’s main scope.

APN accepts the following types of scholarly academic-scientific contributions: Review articles; Original articles; Clinical case reports; Technical notes; Clinical images and videos.

All these contributions are peer-reviewed by at least two ad-hoc reviewers.

APN also accepts other contributions, such as Letter to the Editor and Historical Vignettes, Obituaries, which are not peer-reviews.
