Aims & Scope
El Anuario Iberoamericano de Justicia Constitucional publica trabajos de investigación originales sobre la Constitución y el sistema de las fuentes, el control de la constitucionalidad y la justicia constitucional, la tutela de los derechos y libertades y el orden axiológico constitucional, asà como la interpretación por los Tribunales Constitucionales u órganos equivalentes de las normas de la Constitución, con particularÃsima preferencia a los paÃses del mundo iberoamericano.
