This could include topics such as: -Mathematical theory and its applicability in business, industry, biology, health sciences, education, etc. -Statistics, probability, information theory, epidemiology, data mining, stochastic processes, etc. -Operations research, queuing, information systems, quality control, econometrics, etc.

Review articles or special issues on topics of current interest are also considered.
