Aims & Scope

The Alfred Nobel University Journal of Law aims to provide a platform for the publication of the latest research and achievements in legal science, covering various aspects of social and economic development in Ukraine and globally.

Our objectives include:

* Publishing articles on current issues of state and law, theory and history of state and law, and other related topics, such as public law, private law, criminology, forensic science, and international law.

* Promoting the development of domestic legal science and its theoretical and practical achievements in conjunction with other socio-humanitarian knowledge areas, including philosophy, sociology, political science, history, and psychology.

* Strengthening scientific contacts between researchers at the national and international levels, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange.
