Aims & Scope

Adults Learning Mathematics – International Journal is an open-access peer-reviewed journal that provides a forum for the online publication of high-quality research on the teaching and learning, knowledge and uses of numeracy/mathematics by adults in a variety of educational settings internationally.

The journal makes a unique contribution to an under-represented field by publishing articles about adult numeracy from both academic researchers and practitioners.

This blend of research and practice gives the journal a wide appeal to all those involved in the field.

Whilst maintaining high standards, the journal aims to offer articles that are accessible and relevant to those in different roles within the area of adult numeracy.
