The Journal of Comparative Literature (JCL) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes research and review articles on comparative literature, world literature, Persian literature, and Indo-Iranian languages.
The journal aims to compare the influence and impact of the Persian language and literature on other nations and vice-versa, with a focus on the following areas:
Comparative Literature Studies - Examining the scientific foundations, theoretical foundations, and current trends of comparative literature in Iran and the world.
Literary Analysis and Criticism - Analyzing and comparing literary works and literary types of Iran and the world, including linguistic and grammatical comparative studies of Persian and other languages.
Comparative Literary Movements - Studying schools and literary movements in Iran and the world, as well as the similarities and differences of literary works and literary types.
