Acta Musicologica (p-ISSN: 0001-6241 | e-ISSN: 2296-4339), published by the International Musicological Society (IMS), is one of the world’s oldest and most renowned musicological journals.

Emphasis is placed on methodological cooperation between all musicological sub-disciplines as well as on the integration of related fields.

Acta publishes up to twelve articles per year on an ongoing basis.
