Aims & Scope

SPE Polymers is a fully gold open access journal which selects and publishes original papers of high scientific quality in a broad range of the science and engineering of polymers and polymer composites, their processing, product development, and properties.

It relies on a rigorous and timely review process to ensure both high scientific quality and prompt acceptance of manuscripts.

Published papers in SPE Polymers all contain significant theoretical, experimental, and modeling advances and understanding in polymers, polymer composites, structures, properties, applications, and recycling.

Polymers and polymer composites can be fossil-based or bio-based.

SPE Polymers is the home for manuscripts on new progresses and understanding of polymers and polymer composites as well as their advanced applications in energy, health, medicine, environment, electricals, and electronics.

In addition to original research articles, SPE Polymers also publishes review articles, perspectives, commentaries, and editorial highlights on published articles in this journal.

SPE Polymers publishes quarterly.
