Aims & Scope

The Scandinavian Journal of Gastroenterology is one of the most important journals for international medical research in gastroenterology and hepatology with international contributors, Editorial Board, and distribution.

The journal publishes reviews and original research articles covering all aspects of digestive organs, within surgery and internal medicine in addition to other areas.

The editors welcome reports on all features of patient-oriented research and methodology including endoscopy, as well as cost-benefit evaluations and basal research within the fields of gastroenterology and hepatology.

Supplements may be accepted after editorial review.
