Aims & Scope
Revista de Geomorfologie (Journal of Geomorphology) is an international journal which publishes mainly original, high quality, peer-reviewed research papers in all fields of geomorphology and related disciplines, as well as book reviews and miscellanea.
The journal was founded in 1997 and it is supported and promoted by the Romanian Association of Geomorphologists.
Since 2016, the online version of the journal is available and the published papers are DOI assigned.
The main language of the journal is English, but contributions in French language (providing an abstract in English) are also welcome.
Revista de Geomorfologie aims to become an optimal platform for sharing new and high relevance scientific ideas in: glacial and periglacial processes and landforms, karst, slope mass movements, fluvial and coastal processes, coastal dunes and arid environments, soil erosion, geomorphic hazards, tectonics, weathering, lakes and wetlands, paleoenvironmental reconstruction, geoarchaeology, geomorphosites, applied GIS, computer modeling and remote sensing.
