Aims & Scope
Preparative Biochemistry & Biotechnology is an international forum for rapid dissemination of high quality research results dealing with all aspects of preparative techniques in biochemistry, biotechnology and other life science disciplines.
Scope includes: -Techniques pertinent to clarification, isolation, enrichment, and purification of biotech products -Products in areas of human therapeutics, biofuels, plant biotechnology, animal biotechnology, food processing, and environmental biotechnology -Unit operations including fermentation/ cell culture, centrifugation, depth filtration, homogenization, chromatography, ultrafiltration, diafiltration, refolding, viral filtration, viral inactivation, sterile filtration, extraction, two phase separation, precipitation, osmotic shock, and lyophilization -Industrial applications involving preparative processing Priority will be given to novel results that are likely to have major impact on the respective research area.
