Aims & Scope

Osteoporosis and Sarcopenia is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that serves as the official publication of the Asian Federation of Osteoporosis Societies (AFOS). Our primary aim is to advance research in the fields of osteoporosis, fracture, sarcopenia, frailty, metabolic bone diseases, and mineral metabolism, with a particular emphasis on the unique aspects of bone and muscle biology, physiology, and pathology in Asian populations.

We welcome submissions from researchers worldwide, while maintaining a focus on the Asian perspective.
