Aims & Scope
Open Geomechanics is a non-profit, volunteer-run, double-blind peer-reviewed scientific journal that provides an open platform for the dissemination of scientific research in geomechanics in all forms.
The journal welcomes research manuscripts (in any geomechanics-related topics such as analytical, numerical, or experimental studies) or case studies, negative results, as well as replicability or reproducibility studies. Manuscripts of most lengths are accepted, indicatively 5-20 pages would generally be suggested.
The journal aims to keep the control of publishing within the scientific community and remove barriers for publication and dissemination of knowledge in geomechanics research.
