Aims & Scope
Oceans (ISSN 2673-1924) is an international, peer-reviewed open access advanced forum specifically addressed to studies related to all branches of oceanography with an emphasis on the functioning of the ocean and the sustainable use of its resources and ecosystem services.
It publishes original research papers, critical reviews, short communications, and commentary.
There is no restriction on the length of the papers.
The aim of Oceans is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible.
Full experimental details should be provided so that results can be reproduced.
In addition, the journal has the following features: Manuscripts regarding new and innovative research proposals and ideas are particularly welcome; Electronic files, software, or other material, if unsuitable for publication as part of a manuscript, can be deposited as supplementary material.
