Die Zeitschrift widmet sich der Versorgung von Verletzungen, Verletzungsfolgen und Erkrankungen im Bereich des Schulter- und des Ellenbogengelenks.

Als gemeinsames Kommunikations- und Weiterbildungsforum für alle Chirurgen und Orthopäden mit entsprechender Spezialisierung ist sie zukunftsorientiert und schließt eine wichtige Lücke im orthopädisch-unfallchirurgischen Informationsangebot.
