Aims & Scope
Nutrition Reviews is a highly cited, monthly, international, peer-reviewed journal that specializes in the publication of authoritative and critical literature reviews on current and emerging topics in nutrition science, food science, clinical nutrition, and nutrition policy.
Readers of Nutrition Reviews include nutrition scientists, biomedical researchers, clinical and dietetic practitioners, and advanced students of nutrition.
Articles selected for publication will be consistent with the journal’s mission and should clearly outline both the biological and practical nutritional implications of a timely topic, so the reader obtains a clear understanding of both the topic’s nature and its relevance.
The journal does not publish primary research.
Systematic reviews (with or without meta-analysis) are eligible for consideration, provided they are prepared in accordance with established guidelines.
Unsolicited submissions written in English are welcome from all countries.
