Medical journal of Babylon offers a variety of articles of recent development in clinical medicine and basic biomedical sciences, like internal medicine, pediatrics, general surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, parasitology & entomology, infectious diseases, microbiology & virology, immunology, epidemiology, chemotherapy & community medicine, public health, etc.
It has many articles which include original articles, review articles, letter to editor, editorial, case reports etc and is very popular and has a very wide circulation among the clinicians and biomedical scientists in Iraq and in the neighboring countries alike.
The journal aims to promote, develop and exchange scientific knowledge and co-operation between clinicians, scientists and others involved in the field of biomedical sciences.
It also strives to promote scientific research in various aspects of biomedicine and to establish highest ethical standards in biomedical research.
It works to disseminate knowledge and information amongst the general public in relation to clinical and basic medical sciences.
