Médecine de Catastrophe - Urgences Collectives - Situations Sanitaires Exceptionnelles wants to promote disaster medicine by publishing all experiences, scientific and technical research that can advancing the care of victims, the management and prevention of crisis situations.

The journal aims to expose the collective risk management problems in their aspects of forecasting, research, prevention and treatment.

Médecine de Catastrophe - Urgences Collectives - Situations Sanitaires Exceptionnelles publishes also guidelines about disaster medicine, exceptional health situations and collective emergencies, and the communications of the various scientific sessions organized by the SFMC.
